It features 18 quick and easy appliqué quilt patterns that will provide seasonal interest. Some of these projects combine simple patchwork with the appliqué.
There is something here to suit every taste. The appliqués include everything from spring daffodils and irises to sunflowers. For fall, gardeners can choose from pumpkins and bittersweet vines to the autumn harvest.
In addition to floral motifs, these also depict other scenes from nature, such as birds. Among the projects are table runners, candle mats, and table toppers.
With over 100 full color photos, this has complete, step by step, illustrated, easy to follow instructions for each project. There are full size, appliqué templates. The introduction has all the general instructions for the basic appliqué and quilting techniques that are used.

Debbie Field always has great earth and nature themed projects and this book is no exception. The opening page is a photo of Debbie and a couple of short paragraphs about the 16 table toppers in the book.
There is a 4-page section on applique and quilting basics and then you jump right into the projects. Colorful photos show off what the finished project will look like. Material and cutting lists are straightforward. Templates are included at full size. The written instructions have graphics to help keep you on the right path.
Flowers, leaves, wild animals, birds and trees can all be found in these patterns. Runners, square toppers, candle mats and place mats are a few of the actual projects. Between choosing the theme, the fabrics and the type of project, you will have lots to choose from.
