Barbara Carroll

During their 45 years of marriage, Wayne and Barbara Carroll have lived in various cities around the United States and have traveled the world. For their golden years, they wanted a place to hang their hats and roll out the welcome mat for friends and family-a place to call home. Twelve years ago the Carroll's found such a place in historic Ligonier, Pennsylvania. Barbara and Wayne snapped up the property and gave it the name Woolley Fox due to Barb's love for all things wool as a rug hooking enthusiast.

Barbara Carroll began hooking rugs in the 80's as a student of Emma Lou Lais. She is a sought-after teacher whose year is highlighted by the annual April workshop at the Woolley Fox. This is her fourth book
