Q. Can I save my shopping cart if I am not ready to purchase?
A. Yes! Once you have created an account and logged in, your shopping cart will be saved when you log out or leave the site. You can retrieve it when you return to the site simply by logging in. Click here to log in now.
Q. How will you ship my item(s)?
A. Most items are shipped via USPS, though occasionally we use UPS Ground Delivery or FedEx Ground, if it is more economical. If alternate shipping is availble for an item, then those options will be displayed at check-out.
Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If you prefer to pay by check, please phone us at (800) 557-2144 Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central time, and we will be happy to take your order over the phone and ship your item as soon as we receive your payment. All orders are payable in U.S. Dollars only.
